Phantom in the Opera
Using Opera’s browser on a Macintosh, you can view full screen and use shift+arrow keys to tab through links. I find this very useful while using a laptop. (Using the mouse pad can really piss me off.)
While in full screen mode you can use alt+D to get a tiny navigation bar pop up for typing in a new address. I usually type in the name of the website and use the keyboard shortcut command+return to fill in the www. and .com. For navigating back and forward use command+brackets([ ]). It takes a while to get used to it but once you’ve done it a few times it really gets addicting.
I really like browsing the web with Opera using keyboard shortcuts. For more information check out the Use Opera without a mouse tutorial at the Opera website.
Now you can teach your friends the way of the mighty Opera browser.
